-Well cleaned, without outer hard yellow skin and without outer hard
Nails.
-No Blood, No bad smell, No black nail, No bruise,
-No Black pad. Broken bones less than 3%
-Dry moisture percentage: less than 3%.
-100% Fresh and frozen, Safe for human consumption. (PAW: Bone to be
cut at joint.).
-100% Cut should be less than 5% on the knuckle
– Weight: Chicken paws: 40gr up On Average.
– Length: 15-cm per pc (on average).
– Shelf life: 12 months from production date
Packing: Standard seaworthy export carton/box, each of 20-kg net
shipped weight.
FCL: 1,350 boxes, hand loaded in a 40ft reefer container.
